How Did The Fall Sports Do? Read to Find Out
Good Afternoon UND Fans, Happy Tuesday April 22nd. I am writing to provide my comprehensive review of the content and key contributors from Fall 2024, offering insights into the notable developments during that season. The Blog wasn't up last Fall so I thought I would do now.
The University of North Dakota Football team concluded their season with a 5-7 record. The Hawks demonstrated stronger performance in home games, achieving a 5-2 home record. Unfortunately, the team struggled in away games, recording a 0-5 road record. Senior player Quincy Vaughn was a notable standout during the season, and the team looks to improve their performance in the upcoming year.
Hawk Volleyball navigated a competitive season in Fall 2024, concluding with a 9-18 overall record. The team demonstrated resilience across various competitive venues, securing a 5-8 record in home matches and a 4-10 record in away competitions. Lauren Perugini distinguished herself as a key performer during the season, highlighting the team's potential for strategic development in future competitive seasons.
The University of North Dakota Soccer team exhibited a competitive performance this season, securing a solid 4-2-2 record in home matches. While facing challenges during away games with a 0-6-4 record, Grace Miller distinguished herself as a key player. The program demonstrates promising potential for strategic development in upcoming seasons.
Cross Country exhibited exemplary performance during the competitive season. The Men's and Women's teams achieved significant athletic accomplishments, with each team securing first-place honors in their respective Invitational competitions. The program demonstrated outstanding athletic prowess across both teams, representing a remarkably successful season for the Cross Country program.
