I've had a fantastic day so far. I am going to share about Hawk Volleyball's games against SMC (Saint Mary's) from August 29th and TU (Temple) game from August 31st.
In the volleyball match between UND Volleyball and their opponents, SMC(Saint Mary's) the game unfolded with intense back-and-forth competition. SMC dominated the first set, securing a decisive 25-16 victory. The Hawks quickly responded, rallying to win the second and third sets with scores of 25-17 and 25-22, respectively. However, the momentum shifted again as the Hawks ultimately lost the fourth and fifth sets, with scores of 25-17 and 15-6, concluding the match. The final score of the game was 3-2.
On August 31, the Fighting Hawks volleyball team faced a challenging match against Temple (TU). The game began with a decisive first set, where the Hawks struggled to find their rhythm, ultimately losing 25-13. Despite the initial setback, the team showed resilience in the second set, narrowly missing a comeback and falling short with a score of 25-21. The third set followed a similar pattern, with the Fighting Hawks putting up a valiant effort but unable to secure a victory, losing once again by a margin of 25-21. The match concluded with Temple(TU) winning all three sets, resulting in a 3-0 victory over the Fighting Hawks. This game highlighted the team's determination and competitive spirit, even in the face of a challenging opponent. The next opponent the Hawks face is WVU (West Virginia) on September 4th (Today) at 5pm.
