        Good Morning and Happy Friday January 2nd, 2025 North Dakota Fans! The North Dakota Hockey team  prepares to make a triumphant return to the ice after the holiday break, reigniting the passion and excitement of their dedicated fan base. This highly anticipated game represents more than just a sporting event; it symbolizes the resilience and determination of the team following a winter break. The arena is expected to pulse with electric energy as loyal supporters fill the stands, their enthusiasm echoing through the venue. Players, having spent weeks training and preparing, are poised to showcase their skills and reinvigorate the team's competitive spirit. The matchup promises to be a thrilling display of athletic prowess, strategic gameplay, and the deep-rooted hockey tradition that defines the UND Hockey team. Fans can expect an intense and memorable performance that will set the tone for the remainder of the season, rekindling the community's passion for collegiate hockey and creating lasting memories for players and spectators alike.         The UND Hockey team is set to face off against Mercyhurst University (MU) in an exciting two-game series this weekend. The first game is scheduled for Friday, January 2nd, with puck drop at 7:07 pm Central Standard Time. The second game will take place on Saturday, January 3rd, starting at 6:07 pm CST. Fans unable to attend the games in person have multiple options to catch the action. The games will be broadcast live on Midco Sports Network and can also be streamed on NCHC.tv. For those on the road or preferring audio coverage, the Fighting Hawks Radio Network will provide live play-by-play commentary of both games, ensuring fans don't miss a moment of the exciting hockey matchup.


        Prediction Time! UND is 14-4-0 and MU is 0-15-1 on the year.  I expect UND to come out flying and playing all over the rink for a full 60 minutes both nights. I also expect UND to play physical and fast as well. I predict a North Dakota Sweep 6-0 and 7-0!

          Welcome, Welcome, Welcome and Good Afternoon Hawk Fans, I hope you're having a FANTASTIC day. It's Thursday May 15th. Wow! Summer is coming. I'm going to share something AWESOME with you today. For those of you that are Hawk Football Fans you're going to love this. I did a hockey one a while ago and thought I should a Football schedule post.  On Saturday, August 30th, UND plays at K-State. The next Saturday, September 6th, the Potato Bowl is against PSU at home. On Saturday, September 13th, the Hawks travel to play UM in MT. The following weekend, Valpo game is at home on September 20th, which is Homecoming. On October 4th, the Hawks head to play UNI. The following week, North Dakota comes home to play YSU on October 11th. On October 18th, UND plays at SIU. On October 25th, the Hawks play ISU at ISU. On November 1st, ND goes out to play USD.            Good Afternoon Fighting Hawk Fans, Happy Tuesday!!! It's officially July 15th. I hope your day went  fabulous and awesome. Hawk Football game times have officially landed safely from the Nest to the schedule. Which means I can share them with you. I can't wait for football. Which Hawks game are you most looking forward to watching in 2025? I hope you enjoy reading my post           The August 30th game against K-State will begin at 6:00pm.
