I will be talking about UND Men's and Women's Tennis this evening.
The UND Men's Tennis team embarked on a challenging weekend of intense competition, showcasing their resilience and determination across three consecutive matches. On Friday, January 30th, 2026, the team engaged in a nail-biting contest against Indiana University Indianapolis (IU Indy), ultimately falling just short with a narrow 4-3 defeat. The match demonstrated the team's competitive spirit and skill, despite the final outcome. The following day, Saturday, January 31st, 2026, UND continued their athletic journey by facing Bellarmine University (BU). In another closely fought battle, the team displayed remarkable tenacity and sportsmanship, yet again experiencing a heartbreaking 4-3 loss. The weekend's competition concluded on Sunday, February 1st, 2026, with a challenging match against Eastern Kentucky University (EKU). Despite their best efforts and unwavering determination, UND was defeated 4-2, bringing an end to an emotionally and physically demanding weekend of tennis competition.
The UND Women's Tennis team faced a challenging weekend of competition. On Sunday, February 1st, 2026, they battled against the University of Nebraska (UN) in an intense match. Unfortunately, the Fighting Hawks were unable to secure a victory, suffering a decisive 7-0 loss.
