From The Sidelines: The Football Post-Game Report

  

       Good Afternoon and Happy Sunday November 16th, 2025 Hawk Fans. I hope this Sunday afternoon is treating you with utmost joy and magnificence! May the day be filled with delightful moments, warm sunshine, and a spectacular array of experiences that bring a smile to your face and warmth to your heart. Wishing you a truly wonderful and memorable Sunday that sparkles with happiness and creates beautiful memories. I will be sharing about the UND Football game against MSU (Murray State) today. 

        On Saturday, November 15, 2025, the UND Fighting Hawks Football team engaged in an intense matchup against the MSU (Murray State) Racers. The game unfolded with dramatic momentum shifts and impressive displays of athletic talent In the opening quarter, the Fighting Hawks established an early lead by scoring a touchdown and securing a 7-point advantage while successfully preventing the Racers from gaining any points. 7-0 Hawks The second quarter saw a strategic turnaround, with MSU responding aggressively by successfully executing three consecutive field goals. This offensive surge allowed the Racers to take a narrow 9-7 lead over UND into halftime, creating significant tension on the field.

        The third quarter proved to be a decisive moment for UND, as the Fighting Hawks demonstrated remarkable offensive capability by scoring 14 unanswered points. Their defensive line effectively contained the Racers, preventing any scoring opportunities during this critical phase of the game. At that point, the score was 21-9 in UND's favor. Continuing their momentum in the 4th quarter, the Hawks added another 14 points, expanding their lead. Despite MSU's late-game efforts to narrow the gap by scoring 8 points, the score was 35-17. The Fighting Hawks maintained their commanding position. The final score solidified UND's win, with the Fighting Hawks triumphantly defeating the Murray State Racers 35-17, showcasing their skill and determination throughout the game.
