UND Hockey's Josh Zakreski and North Dakota Women's Basketball's Lauren Reardon.


        Josh Zakreski is a freshman forward for the UND Men's Hockey Team, wearing jersey number 24. From Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Zakreski brings talent and potential to the ice. Currently pursuing a degree in finance, he has already made his mark in collegiate hockey by scoring his first career goal against the University of St. Thomas (UST). Throughout the current season, Zakreski has demonstrated his skill with one goal and two assists. Prior to joining UND, he played parts of 4 years playing in the Western Hockey League (WHL) with the Portland team. Notably, he shares a connection with his classmate Jan Spunar, having played together for two seasons. With his early achievements and collegiate hockey career just beginning, Josh Zakreski shows significant promise for a bright future in Hockey.




         Lauren Reardon is a talented freshman guard for the Fighting Hawks Women's Basketball team, representing her team with pride while wearing jersey number 13. Hailing from Grand Forks, North Dakota, she's majoring in Kinesiology and Exercise Science. Reardon has already made her mark on the court, participating in four games this season. Throughout these matches, she has demonstrated her skills and potential, accumulating a total of nineteen minutes of playing time. Her consistent performance is reflected in her average of 4.8 minutes per game, showcasing her growing role within the team and her commitment to basketball.
