By request of of a loyal reader Today's Edition of the Thursday Feature will start off with Anna Watson. Anna Watson is a Former UND Director of Communications/WEB Services which the position is now called Sports Communications Specialist. Watson is from Troy, Michigan. She went to college at NMU (Northern Michigan University). Throughout her career, she has been associated with multiple academic institutions, including the University of North Dakota (UND), the University of Nebraska Omaha (UNO), and the University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD), demonstrating her Sports Communication expertise across different athletic departments. As the dedicated communications professional at UND, she was in charge of communications for the UND Women's Basketball team, UND Soccer program, and Web services. She played a crucial role in managing media relations, crafting strategic communications, and promoting the teams she was responsible for, to name a few of the duties of the position.'
Grace Miller is a goalkeeper for the UND Soccer team, wearing jersey number 1. Hailing from San Diego, California, Miller is currently a sophomore on the verge of becoming a junior. Her academic pursuits are focused on Human Resource Management, demonstrating her commitment to both athletic and educational excellence. Throughout her collegiate soccer career, Miller has impressively played in 34 games, accumulating 2,855 minutes of playing time. Her exceptional goalkeeping abilities are reflected in her remarkable career statistics, including a Goals Against Average of 1.29 and a Save Percentage of 0.804. In the most recent season, Miller continued to excel, participating in 17 games and logging 1,509 minutes on the field. Her performance was particularly outstanding, with a season Goals Against Average of 1.13, highlighting her skill and consistency as a goalkeeper for the UND Soccer team.
