        The Fighting Hawks men's golf team delivered an extraordinary and memorable performance during the 2025-2026 season, showcasing exceptional talent and unwavering determination. Their journey began in September 2025 at the Wildcat Invitational on Monday, September 8th and Tuesday, September 9th, where they demonstrated initial promise with a commendable 13th-place finish. The team quickly refined their strategy, elevating their performance at the Bluejay Invitational and securing an impressive 7th-place result on Monday, September 15th and Tuesday, September 16th, 2025.


        A defining moment arrived at the Zach Johnson Invitational, where the Hawks achieved a remarkable first-place victory on Monday, September 22nd and Tuesday, September 23rd, 2025, signaling their potential for excellence. Their momentum continued to build during the UND-NDSU Dual, where they dominated both competition days (Wednesday, October 1st and Thursday, October 2nd, 2025) with two consecutive first-place finishes, solidifying their reputation as a formidable collegiate golf team. The team's competitive spirit remained undiminished throughout the ODU/OBX Intercollegiate on Sunday, October 26th and Monday, October 27th, 2025, where they maintained their strong performance with an eighth-place position. During the spring semester, the Fighting Hawks sustained their competitive edge, delivering consistent performances at the Colin Montgomerie Invitational on Monday, March 2nd and Tuesday, March 3rd, 2026, and Jackrabbit Invitational on Monday, March 9th and Tuesday, March 10th, 2026, earning distinguished fourth-place finishes in both.


        At the Bell Bank "Pay It Forward" Collegiate on Monday March 23rd and Tuesday March 24th, 2026, the team showcased remarkable resilience, placing 11th and demonstrating their ability to perform under pressure. Their regular season concluded with a solid sixth-place finish at the Gaucho Invitational on Monday April 6th and Tuesday April 7th, 2026, further highlighting their strategic talent and athletic capabilities. The pinnacle of their season arrived at the Summit League Championships, where the Fighting Hawks secured a ninth-place performance. This result encapsulated their journey of growth, dedication, and exceptional skill throughout the 2025-2026 campaign, establishing them as a competitive and promising collegiate golf team.
